The Valle Mar Hotel has a number of excellent restaurants that offer high-quality international and local cuisine. Typical Canary Island dishes are characterised by their tasty, spicy sauces, exotic salads, home-grown potatoes and a wealth of local fish, including sea bream, grouper and comber.

The Hotel has four restaurants:
- The Oasis Restaurant, offering three thematic dinners a week (traditional Spanish cuisine, traditional Canary Island cuisine and a special romantic dinner). This is also the main restaurant for buffet dinners and breakfasts.

- The Kontiki Snack Bar, located on the fifth floor with stunning views over the ocean and the Martianez Lagoon. The restaurant offers à la carte lunch menus as well as a warm, friendly atmosphere in the evening to accompany the 'best food on the island'.

- The Jardín Café is another delightful place in the Valle Mar Hotel in which to relax and enjoy an aperitif on the terrace overlooking Colon Avenue with 'pedestrian access'.
